We have been awarded a Gold accreditation by ‘Truly Good Food’ which is designed to recognise and reward those eating establishments who are trying to make Manchester healthier and happier by providing healthy, sustainable food.
‘The scheme has been running for sometime, and has been rebranded and developed by Edge Street Events, the team behind the Manchester Food and Drink Festival. Now, with nearly 40 restaurants accredited, our website has been developed. Its been commissioned by Food Futures and developed by Edge Street, in order to give the scheme a proper online presence in the region, to help consumers make dining choices based on health and sustainability, and to allow you, the caterer to accredit yourself online’

Grow-a-planter project, 3 April

Levenshulme Community Association has been awarded grants to create decorated planters for the local area and we have been chosen to have a planter outside our cafe!! On the 3 April at 11.00am there will be a workshop for our customers to put forward their ideas for what should be grown. It’s going to be a lovely creative session that everyone can get involved in, so come on down!
