Is it the onset of a spell of sunshine reminding us of Italy? Could it be that bread evolves naturally as it would when fermenting?
Whatever it is, from bread you can have pizza. However, some essential tools are needed in order to eat it. It isnt a knife and fork, you use hands for pizza.
Having flattened out a lump of leftover dough and thrown leftover bits and pieces onto it, placed it ever so delicately in a 500F oven, it struck me, that I would’nt be able to get it out! And I couldnt and have a burns too close to my armpit.
But a beer and a game of pool with friends allows you to come to solutions to problems.

What a belle of a peel! It has a maple handle leading to sycamore, we hope to enjoy making many, many pizzas with it.
