Pâtisserie

Our bakery team make a range of brownies, tarts and pastries which you can buy in the café, but we also supply to other cafés and take bespoke orders for birthdays, weddings and other special occasions. 

Our croissants take 24 hours to complete; the dough is made with a levain and is hand-cut and hand-rolled, baked fresh every morning. We use French butter and wholemeal flour for flavour. Our pain au chocolat contains organic dark chocolate and is also made with the same great care and attention.
