- Spiced Sweet Potato Tacos with Avocado Salsa
- Saucy Satay Fondue (Chicken/Tofu)
- Slow-Cooked Moroccan Tagine (Lamb/Aubergine) with chickpeas, apricot, peppers and fresh herbs.
-- served with: roasted cauliflower steaks, butternut and miso pearl barley, pomegranate couscous, kale slaw.
- Millionaire's Cheesecake (yes, you can get away with calling this healthy...)
